The CMS Forum Executive Committee is a planning and priority-setting body for the CMS Forum. It is composed of 5 members: four member companies and the Executive Director of CSP. The Executive Committee is elected by the general membership and makes decision by majority rule. The Executive Committee governs:

• Policy setting and planning
• Monitor progress and implementation of annual priorities
• Program evaluation
• Budget oversight
